Project:Blood hydrolysate
Description:The functional unit is 1kg of dried porcine blood hydrolysate. It needs 6.7 liters to produce 1kg of blood hydrolysate and 0,08 liters of alcalase for the hydrolysis. After the hydrolysis, the hydrolysate is dried in a drum dryer. The porcine blood is transported from the slaughterhouse in a route of 30 km to transport 1000 liters of porcine blood.
